This inexpensive craft is a wonderful Painted Minion Stones. Make sure it’s big enough to fit your coins. Use pom poms to make an adorable minion pencil top and a minion keychain. Use a pair of scissors to carefully cut a hole in the top. Next, we’ll want to cut a hole in the lid. Use a black Sharpie pen to draw a smile on your Minion. Your Minion Coin Bank is looking pretty awesome! Now, it’s time to draw a mouth. You can use either one or two for the eyes, since there are one-eyed Minions and two-eyed Minions. Use White Glue to adhere the google eyes to the can. Use Spray Adhesive or White Glue to adhere the black glasses strip to the can. You can use scissors or a trimmer for this. Next, you’ll want to cut a strip of black construction paper for the Minion’s glasses. Glue or use spray adhesive to adhere the suspenders to the Pringles can. We just cut a long strip of blue construction paper and then cut it in half – giving us 2 strips – perfect for suspenders. Turn the sheet over, and attach the tabs to the back using a glue stick or double-stick tape. Cut out a small heart and glue next to the minion’s lips or use a pink marker to draw a heart on. Place the black inner glasses in the middle of the red hearts and glue in place. Fold the tabs you just cut in on the dark grey line. Place the heart glasses (with the knobs towards the outside of the card) on top of each gray goggle and secure with glue. Cut slits along the straight lines on each side of the glasses, each slit about 1/4 apart, up to the dark grey straight line. Next, you’ll want to use scissors (or a trimmer) to cut the suspenders for the Minion’s trousers. Cut out around the shapes, and cut out the center black holes. Wrap the glue-covered blue construction paper around the Pringles can. Spray the blue construction with Elmer’s Spray Adhesive (or use Elmer’s White Glue). Next, you’ll be cutting the blue paper to make pants for little Minion. Wrap around and smooth the construction paper around the Pringles can. Place the glue-covered construction paper on the Pringles can. Using Elmer’s Spray Adhesive (or Elmer’s White Glue), cover the back of the construction paper. Using a trimmer (or scissors), clean up the edges of the construction paper. Wrap the yellow construction paper around the Pringles can.Ĭut off the excess portion of the yellow construction paper (that part that is above the top of the Pringles can). The first thing you’ll want to do is pull out a piece of yellow construction paper.
